FABPRO® WELDING TABLE

FABPRO® table kits will come with all hardware needed to assemble your new table. We have come up with a design that eliminates the need for extra clamps, threaded bar and straps to put these tables together.

You will need, Welding machine, something to get it off the ground to access nuts/bolts (trestles/timber blocks) and a spanner to tighten bolts. 1000kg leveling castors and legs included in all packages.

To assemble simply slide the supplied 100mm tabs through the slots located on the internal ribs. You then place the M10x40mm bolts/nuts through the holes. Tighten down until there is no light shining through where the 2 plates touch. Repeat this process throughout. In the corners, fit the leg mount plate. Supplied in the kit, use 2 M10x170 bolts/nuts/washers for each corner. Start from the corner most hole and place the second one diagonal towards the center of table. Just tighten enough to place under tension. Use a rubber mallet to tap the side plates in if sticking out slightly.

All tables are CNC Laser cut in house to keep cost down and quality control up.

Our laser cutter works within (+/-) 0.02 tolerance so we are able to get a great fit up minimizing slack movement.

They come with an industry standard 16mm hole over a 50 x 50mm grid pattern. Internal ribs spaced at every 300mm will keep it strong and straight.

The sides are 150mm, with holes spaced throughout to utilize clamping at a perfect 90 degree offset to the top.
